Les Lane focuses his practice in the areas of business reorganization, insolvency and commercial litigation. He has represented a variety of interests in complex chapter 11 proceedings, including, representation of debtors, trustees, creditors and committees. Mr. Lane is a member of the Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section of the Connecticut Bar Association and a member of the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lane served as intern to the Honorable Holly B. Fitzsimmons, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the District of Connecticut. Mr. lane also served as an intern in the Affirmative Civil Enforcement program at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Connecticut. Mr. Lane is admitted to practice in Connecticut. Mr. lane is a 1992 graduate of Drury University (B.S.) and a 1998 cum laude graduate of Quinnipiac University School of Law (J.D.), where he served as Managing Editor of the Law Review.
