Mark Jacobs is also a founding member of Jacobs Partners LLC. Mr. Jacobs regularly advises clients, litigation attorneys, and accountants, on strategies to be employed in protecting interests affected by bankruptcy law. His clients include financial institutions, lessors and creditor committees, as well as debtors, distressed situation investment funds and turn-around managers. Representative of his varied interests, Mr. Jacobs is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and is a Trustee of the Association of Bankruptcy Professionals. He is also a member of the International Bar Association and the Business Bankruptcy Committee of the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association. Mr. Jacobs was formerly a partner in the New York City firms of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft and Pryor Cashman Sherman & Flynn. Mr. Jacobs is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut.
