Robert Fleischer has represented varied interests in a wide variety of commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters. He is actively involved in the firm’s representation of the bankruptcy trustee for Allied Technology Group, Inc., a processor of nuclear/hazardous waste materials. Mr. Fleischer has been with the firm since it was founded.. Prior to that, he was associated with the Wilton, Connecticut law firm Gregory and Adams, P.C. where he was a member of the firm’s business litigation and bankruptcy practice groups. He also served as general counsel for Applied Information for Marketing, Inc., an international marketing software and consulting firm (now a wholly owned subsidiary of Aegis Group PLC - U.K.). Mr. Fleischer is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut. He is a member of the American Bar Association. Mr. Fleischer graduated from Northeastern University (Boston, MA) in 1985 and from Pace University School of Law (White Plains, NY) in 1992.
